Phomemo PM241BT Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer with Starter Labels
Product description
Wireless mobile printing: The PM241BT links to iOS and Android phones or tablets through Bluetooth using the Labelife mobile app. The app controls pairing, paper size and print jobs; the device does not pair as a standard system Bluetooth printer without the app mediating the connection.
USB and computer support: For laptops and desktops running Windows, macOS, Chrome OS or Linux, the printer can be connected via the supplied USB cable. Chrome OS users can add the Labelife extension to Google Chrome to enable printing. A downloadable driver is available for full PC functionality.
Label sizes and compatibility: The unit accepts labels from about 1 inch up to 4.6 inches wide, covering popular shipping formats including 4x6. It prints text, barcodes, QR codes, simple forms and templated layouts, and is suitable for many online marketplaces, carrier labels and shop platforms.
Printing technology and supplies: This model uses direct thermal printing, so no ink or toner is required. It produces only black-and-white output; color labels would need special thermal color media bought separately. Typical print speed is around 150 mm/s, which translates to rapid throughput for batches of 4x6 labels. Using high-quality thermal label rolls recommended by the manufacturer helps preserve contrast and reduce fading.
What’s in the box: The package typically includes the PM241BT unit, a power adapter and cord, a USB data/print cable, a set of starter/test labels and a short instruction leaflet. Labels are removable roll-style thermal media loaded into the rear feed and aligned by the printer during loading.
Support and service: The manufacturer provides technical assistance via email, live chat, phone support and can offer remote desktop help if needed. Online documentation and driver downloads are available to guide setup and troubleshooting.
Getting started from a phone/tablet: Install the Labelife app, power on the PM241BT and enable Bluetooth on your mobile device. Open the app, choose the printer from the list, select paper size and file type, then send the job.
Getting started from a laptop/PC: Install the correct driver for your operating system from the manufacturer’s download area, connect the printer with the USB cable, choose the PM241BT in your print dialog and print. Chrome OS users can add the Labelife extension to enable browser-based printing.

Perfect for a casual seller
I sell secondhand items and wanted a cleaner way to label packages. This printer replaced my old method of printing and taping labels — it connects easily with the app and the printing speed is impressively fast. No jams or misprints so far; a great upgrade for lower-volume sellers.

Simple, speedy and versatile
Set up was quick and the mobile app is intuitive. It offers more layout and customization than I expected, so it’s handy for more than shipping labels. Prints come out crisp and the wireless workflow from my phone is particularly convenient. Overall a reliable, user-friendly thermal label printer.

Surprising durability and very fast
I put this PM241BT through heavy use at my workplace — thousands of inventory and product labels — and it kept running. Setup was straightforward and it works well over both USB and Bluetooth. I later bought another for home; it’s tiny, easy to reload and prints at a very fast pace. The Labelife app has improved and the vendor’s tech team sorted a software connection issue within a day. Excellent value for the performance.

Bluetooth upgrade was worth it
I switched from a tethered printer and the Bluetooth connection is a major improvement. Setup was easy, it prints quietly and quickly. I’d recommend it to other small business contacts.

Compact, cute and very practical
I ordered a pink unit and it fits neatly on my desk. It’s simple to operate and prints quickly, whether I’m making shipping labels or small sticker-style labels for my small business. Bluetooth and USB both work without issue. Very happy with it.

Great overall, alignment could improve
I like this printer a lot—the color and size I chose are nice—and I was able to source compatible labels easily. My only gripe is the auto-alignment: I often need a test print and small layout tweaks, which wastes a few stickers. After nearly 1,000 labels printed I still recommend it, though alignment kept me from a full five-star rating.

Printer is good — app subscription confused me
At first I ran into a surprise when the app reverted from a trial to a paid tier and some designs wouldn’t print. After digging I found a way to use the free features to produce labels, though paid elements remain locked. The printer hardware itself performs well and handles various sizes cleanly; just be upfront about the app’s subscription model.

Comfortable, fast and ideal for shipping labels (Italian review)
I bought the PM241BT to print shipping labels like DHL and 4XL sizes and it proved very practical. Bluetooth with my phone is reliable and installation on Mac/PC was straightforward. The printer is compact and easy to use, print quality is clear for text and barcodes, and it runs quietly even when printing many labels.

Easy Windows setup and impressive feed
The package included the power lead, adapter, a USB cable, instructions and a small roll of test labels. On Windows 11 it installed instantly and worked via USB or Bluetooth. Loading labels is straightforward — feed the roll with labels facing up and the printer aligns and feeds automatically. I was surprised how smooth the process was compared with older label printers.

Five stars. Very easy to operate, sharp print quality and fast. No ink required, which lowers long-term costs, and the compact form is perfect for my desk. Highly recommended for quick, efficient label printing.

Does the job but print quality is basic
It works and is affordable, but the print output isn’t the sharpest. Fine for shipping labels, less ideal if you need very crisp graphic prints.
