WORX Landroid Vision Cloud WR320 Robotic Lawn Mower (1/2 Acre, Wire-Free)
Product description
The WORX Landroid Vision Cloud WR320 is a wire-free robotic lawn mower engineered for properties up to 1/2 acre. The system centers on a self-contained mower and its charging station; no buried perimeter cable or on-site RTK antenna is required. It relies on cloud-delivered RTK positioning for centimeter-level location accuracy and pairs that with V-SLAM sensor fusion and Vision AI so the unit can navigate reliably even under tree cover or partial shade.
Vision AI handles automatic lawn mapping, detects and classifies obstacles, and differentiates boundary types for more precise edge work. A trained neural network and high-performance onboard processing enable object recognition and decision-making to keep mowing runs smooth and reduce interruptions. The mower supports multiple mowing patterns (parallel stripes, checkerboard, diamond, or a more natural finish) selectable through the mobile app.
The app enables unlimited mowing zones, custom routes, no-go areas, and remote monitoring and control. RadioLink is provided to boost connectivity beyond typical Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth range to maintain communication across larger lots. Cut-to-edge logic lets the mower cross low, rideable edges to minimize missed grass while respecting fixed borders where required for cleaner perimeters.
Built to operate outdoors, the WR320 features a weather-resistant outer shell and a dock designed for regular charging cycles. Typical use involves placing the charging station in a location with good sky view for initial RTK cloud sync, configuring zones and mowing preferences in the app, and letting the mower map and maintain the lawn autonomously. Regular app updates and occasional tuning of settings improve long-term performance.
Pros
- Centimeter-level RTK cloud positioning for precise navigation
- Automatic mapping and Vision AI obstacle recognition
- Wire-free operation with app-controlled zones and patterns
Cons
- Requires clear sky view for RTK cloud initialization
- App and AI may need time and tweaking to behave reliably
- RadioLink and some features lack clear setup guidance
VerdictThe WR320 combines high-precision RTK cloud positioning with Vision AI to deliver automated mapping, smarter obstacle handling, and close edge cutting for half-acre lawns without perimeter wire. When configured properly it produces neat patterns and hands-off maintenance. Expect a learning curve: the app and AI may need adjustment, RTK cloud needs a suitable sky view to initialize, and some featur

RTK cloud requirement can be a roadblock
If your yard is boxed in by trees or neighboring buildings, the unit may never connect to the RTK cloud and won’t complete mapping. Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth won’t bypass that lockout in the app. Support tips to move the dock to a clear sky spot were unhelpful; I spent a lot of time relocating the station with no success.

Truly cuts down yard work, but expect a setup period
I bought this to avoid mowing in extreme heat and to simplify upkeep around my shift work. After comparing many robotic mowers, I chose this model because it doesn’t need perimeter wire or an external antenna. It took a fair amount of learning to dial in settings for my yard, but once configured it performs very well and saves me time.

Promised features didn’t match performance for my turf
We had high hopes but the mower struggled on St. Augustine grass. It lost traction, dug ruts, and the tires got fouled by the turf. It mapped fine at first but then wandered and left uncut swaths. We returned it after deciding the four-wheel drive option was too costly to trial.

Glad I upgraded from an older model
I replaced an older WR155 and should have done it sooner. Initial setup required attention to 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi details, but once running the wireless mapping made full-yard mowing easier. It remembers trouble spots and navigates around them; fewer resets are needed even though run times are a bit shorter.

Top performance after patient setup
With over a decade of robotic mower experience, this unit delivers very tidy, straight cuts that look professional. The configuration app took patience, and I had to create a manual zone under heavy tree cover, but it handled that area well. The RadioLink accessory could use clearer installation instructions.

Solid hardware, confusing app and inconsistent AI
The physical unit works fine now, but the app and AI can be frustrating. It sometimes starts mowing in odd places and leaves big patches unattended until it returns. Errors cleared at the machine don’t always clear in the app, and you can’t direct it to prioritize a missed area. Claimed night mowing wasn’t reliable for me.

Hardware is decent but software can be aggravating
Hardware feels sturdy, but I spend a lot of time retrieving it. With the camera active it avoids shadows excessively; with it off it will repeatedly ram trees. A firmware change made the edge routine permanent and my mower spent the day trying to trace the perimeter while bumping into obstacles and wasting battery.

Happy I chose this bundle with RadioLink
I replaced an older Landroid and picked this package because it included the range extender. Returning the previous unit and swapping took effort, but the new unit is impressive technically. I wanted the cut-to-edge module but it wasn’t available; most of my boundaries are driveways so it’s not a big issue. Only minor gripe: it stops working once it gets completely dark.
