Outdoor
Whistle with Lanyard — Loud Black Sports & Safety Whistles
Product description
These whistles are rated to produce very high output, up to about 120 dB, so they’re intended to cut through crowd noise and long-distance outdoor conditions.
Each set includes two black plastic whistles and two soft, comfortable lanyards for easy carrying around the neck. The bodies are injection-molded from high-impact ABS plastic for a lightweight yet sturdy feel. Typical dimensions are roughly 2.25 inches (about 5.7 cm) long for each whistle, with lanyards approximately 20 inches (50 cm) in total length.
They’re used widely: on playing fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball and hockey; at pools and beaches for lifeguard and swim safety; and outdoors for hiking, hunting, camping, boating and general emergency signaling. The simple threading and worn-resistant cord make them convenient for everyday use and quick access.
You receive a two-piece black whistle set, each with its own cord. The units ship ready to use and are designed for routine sports, recreational and safety scenarios.

Worked better than I expected
I bought one to test with my older dogs and both came running on the very first blast. Both whistles are clear, lightweight and seem durable enough for regular use.

Almost perfect for refereeing
Great attention-getter and loud, but sometimes the pea sticks and causes a sharp squeal a few times during long matches.
