What’s included: the Qrevo 2 Pro robot vacuum-mop, a multifunction self-emptying dock with integrated water tanks and cleaning tray, reusable microfiber mop pads, a removable DuoDivide main brush and anti-tangle side brush, spare filters and side brush, dust collection bags, charging cable, and a quick-start guide.
Construction and materials: the robot body is molded from durable ABS plastic with rubberized bumpers and silicone seals on water connections. Mopping pads are microfiber for absorbency and gentle floor contact. Filters are high-efficiency media designed to trap fine dust and pet dander. The dock contains plastic reservoirs and stainless-steel heating elements used during mop self-cleaning.
Suction and floor care: the unit generates up to 25,000 Pa HyperForce suction to tackle dust, crumbs and pet hair on hard floors and low-pile rugs. Carpet detection automatically raises suction power and the machine will remove or lift the mopping module when it senses carpeting, lifting the mopping module as much as 15 mm to prevent wetting rugs. It vacuums before mopping to reduce debris on the pads.
Brushes and hair management: the Dual Zero-Tangle approach pairs an anti-tangle side brush with the DuoDivide main brush to reduce hair wrap and make maintenance easier. The reversible side brush reaches into corners more effectively, improving corner coverage by up to about 30% compared with some conventional designs.
Mopping system and edge cleaning: the FlexiArm Edge Mopping System extends the mop assembly so it can clean within roughly 1.85 mm of a wall for better edge results. The mopping module combines oscillating or rotating pads with controlled water delivery to remove spots and light grime from sealed hard floors.
Self-maintenance dock: the upgraded multifunction dock automatically empties the robot’s dust bin into a disposable bag, refills the robot’s water tank, runs a high-temperature mop self-clean (about 167°F) to sanitize the pads, and dries them with warm air around 113°F. The dock’s cleaning tray has a soaking mode to loosen stubborn residue before drying or storing.
Navigation and smart features: Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance helps the robot steer around everyday objects while Quick Mapping rapidly scans your home and builds a 3D map display for room-by-room control. Roborock SmartPlan 3.0 adapts cleaning patterns to your floor types and past cleaning history. The unit operates at about 54 dB in normal modes for quieter daily use. Note: only 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi is supported.

Great replacement for my old robot

Incredible — outperforms other brands I tried
On day two this unit already outshines several other robots I’ve tested or rented. Mopping is far superior to the other models I tried and suction picks up hair and crumbs consistently. I wasn’t expecting such a strong showing from a less-common brand; so far I’m very impressed and happily using it daily.

Surprisingly effective on stubborn spots
A tiny kitchen blemish that I thought was permanent disappeared after the robot worked over it for several minutes. Mapping is extremely accurate — I can tell which room is which. Runs quietly even at higher power. After one week it’s become my favorite household purchase.

Worth every penny — excellent floor cleaner
Fantastic performance. Very quiet, easy to set up and link to the app. Vacuuming and mopping are both effective. The robot cleans and dries its mop pads, refills its tanks and empties debris into a dust bag when finished. Battery life is long and mapping is precise. Looks great in my living room — highly recommended.

Maintains cleanliness very well
Works great for regular upkeep. Don’t expect it to replace a deep manual scrub, but it’s excellent for keeping surfaces looking clean between thorough cleans.

High price, poor longevity and support
We expected long-term reliability at this price but the LiDAR stopped working well before two years of light use. Support told us the warranty had expired and offered only paid repair or a discount on a new unit, with no firm repair estimate without shipping the device in. A core navigation sensor failed and the post-warranty service pathway was disappointing.

Really solid all-round performer
First unit I’ve owned that actually mops thoroughly instead of leaving streaks. Coverage is comprehensive and the app option to vary mop direction helps avoid missed spots. It detects carpets reliably and leaves mop pads at the base until vacuuming is finished. One downside: if it gets stuck, the app map could show its last position more clearly and allow louder alerts to help locate it in dark spaces.

Upgraded from an older model — no regrets
After watching my four-year robot falter I upgraded to the Qrevo Pro. I compared higher-end models and chose the Pro for its balance of capability and value. It cleans like my older unit but with stronger suction and better mopping mechanics. No flashy voice features needed — it simply gets the job done and I’m very pleased.

Dog owners will appreciate the suction
This picks up dog hair as well as the microfiber-roller robots I’d used before, likely thanks to the high suction. The rotating mop heads do a good job on tile for spot cleaning. It won’t remove baked-on messes, but for daily maintenance it performs very well.
