What you get: one 8-inch open skillet from the Chef’s Classic collection.
Construction and materials: the body is made from durable hard-anodized aluminum (approximately 3 mm thickness) to promote fast, even heat distribution without hot spots. The interior is a PURELYCERAMIC, PFAS-free nonstick surface designed for low-fat cooking and easy food release. The exterior finish is hard-anodized for durability.
Design and handling: the skillet has a wide, flat base and gently sloped sides to maximize cooking area and make turning or tossing food simple. A long, stainless-steel handle is riveted to the pan for a secure hold and is engineered to remain cool on the stovetop. The skillet is oven-safe up to 500°F, allowing stovetop searing followed by finishing in the oven.
Care and warranty: to maintain the coating, hand wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive scrub pad. Avoid metal utensils and harsh scrubbing to prevent marring the surface. The cookware is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects.

VerdictThis compact open skillet is a strong choice for single- or two-serving cooking: it heats evenly, the PFAS-free ceramic surface releases food and washes away easily, and the long riveted handle offers good balance. It’s excellent for eggs, sautés and quick browning, but be mindful of metal utensils and aggressive scrubbing — hand washing with a soft pad preserves the coating.

Reliable nonstick — great for eggs

Solid 8" egg pan but handle with care
Well-made and hefty, but I scratched the surface with a metal fork and marred it. I’ll buy another but be careful to use only appropriate utensils. The handle can shift a bit when holding the pan to scrub it.

Stopped releasing eggs after a few weeks
Within a month eggs began to stick despite soaking and gentle scrubs. Even careful cleaning didn’t restore release. Not good for reliable egg cooking in my case.
