   Product arrived in an opened box with a long hair inside and a small scratch. Otherwise it powers up and works; I would request a sealed replacement if available.

   Comes rolled, so there may be slight raised areas that flatten with time. RGB is adjusted by the pad’s button rather than software, and the four right-side USB ports add useful connection options. It attracts dust but cleans easily; overall a solid pick, especially on sale.

   Good quality and pleasant first impression

   Delivered quickly and in the condition described. I hadn’t used a large pad in years but this one looked interesting and offered a few features without a high price. The LED strip is fun and the extra USB ports are handy for small devices or a flash drive.

   Looks and performs well — minor Windows setup step

   The mat lies flat and the RGB effects are smooth. If USB devices aren’t recognized on Windows 10, uninstall the device entry for the peripheral, plug the dongle into the pad’s hub, and let it rediscover — that fixed it and my keyboard and mouse worked immediately.

   Solid build and even edge lighting, plus handy USB ports

   Covers a lot of mouse travel and holds up during gaming. The RGB rope around the edge is evenly lit with vibrant colors and no bright spots. The power connection has a small dock with two USB sockets that I use for my headset — a welcome extra when PC ports are scarce.

   USB hub makes this stand out from similar mats

   Many RGB mats are alike, but the four-port hub on the side clears up desktop clutter for me. I tuck a wired charger under the pad and use velcro to keep it in place. The surface performs well and shipping creases went away after about ten days. Lighting cycles smoothly with no segmented gaps.

    Bought it for the lighting and extra USBs and it exceeded expectations. The pad is thick and soft, the LEDs look great in low light, and the four USB ports each work independently. One cable to the PC powers connected peripherals and the pad reads everything correctly.
