Tiny, easy to swallow — must take with a fat source
I paired a banana beside the bottle for size reference; these 100 mcg tablets are very small and smooth to swallow. The MK-7 form stays active longer than K1 and the pills are tasteless with no chalky aftertaste. Important: take with a meal that contains healthy fats (avocado, eggs, nuts) or absorption will be minimal.
