Product description
Forty pads in the box: This kit contains 40 self-adhesive electrode pads, each measuring 2" x 2". For storage and protection, every group of four pads is sealed in its own resealable plastic pouch inside the outer package.
Connector and compatibility: The pads use the standard 2mm pin connector, making them compatible with the majority of TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) devices and muscle stimulators that accept pin-type leads.
Construction and materials: Each electrode combines a white non-woven fabric backing with a black carbon conductive layer and a premium hydrogel adhesive. The materials are latex-free and formulated to be gentle on intact skin while providing efficient electrical transfer.
Performance and use: The carbon conductor offers strong conductivity for alleviating sore, tired or stiff muscles and addressing chronic discomfort across many areas — knees, calves, thighs, elbows, arms, neck, shoulders, wrists, hands and the lower and upper back. To maximize stickiness and longevity, apply only to clean, dry, unbroken skin and remove carefully after use.
Care and reusability: These pads are intended to be reused multiple times if handled properly. Store them back on the provided plastic sheet or in the resealable pouch between sessions. Avoid applying to irritated or damaged skin and keep oils, lotions or topical medications from contaminating the adhesive surface.

Long-lasting for daily use
I’ve used these pads for years with a daily 30-minute routine. Although official guidance suggests 5–7 reuses, I routinely get three weeks (21+ sessions) and sometimes over five weeks (35+ sessions) before they need replacing. Conductivity drops slowly — I occasionally raise intensity by one notch. I wear them under clothing and sit relaxed while treating pain. If you apply topical gels first it shortens the pad life. Highly recommend for regular users.

Quality feels premium
These come on a larger clear plastic sheet so it’s easier to reapply the pads after treatment. They’ve lasted longer than the pads I had before and the lead wires were a little longer, which helped. I’ll buy again.

Does the job
Compatible with my TENS unit. The adhesive doesn’t last forever, but I don’t have other brands to compare against.
