TheraICE Elbow Ice Pack Compression Sleeve for Tennis Elbow Relief
Product description
What’s included
One TheraICE compression sleeve containing a professional-grade, flexible gel insert enclosed in a stretch fabric housing. The sleeve is sold as a single unit designed for repeated use in therapy and recovery.
Materials and construction
The sleeve combines a soft, elastic outer fabric with a malleable gel core engineered for thermal transfer. The gel remains pliable when cold so the wrap contours to joints, while the stretch fabric provides firm 360° compression around the elbow, forearm or calf.
Sizes and fit
Available in S, M, L and XL to accommodate a range of arm and leg circumferences. The form-fitting design slips on over the hand and settles around the elbow crease, delivering focused compression without rigid straps or buckles.
How to use
For cold therapy, chill the sleeve in a freezer until the gel reaches the desired temperature, then slide it into place to reduce swelling and soreness. For heat therapy, warm per product instructions and apply to relax muscles and improve circulation. It’s intended for conditions such as tennis elbow, tendonitis, elbow bursitis and can also be used on shins and calves for shin-splint or calf relief.
Care and durability
The gel insert is reusable and the materials are meant for repeated cycles of cold and warm therapy. The soft gel makes the sleeve comfortable for nightly or post-activity use during rehabilitation, though users should follow care directions to preserve seams and longevity.
Pros
- Dual hot and cold therapy
- 360° stretchable compression
- Reusable, pliable gel insert
Cons
- Cold effect is brief per use
- Seams may show wear
- Not insulated for extended cooling
VerdictThis TheraICE sleeve combines conforming 360° compression with a soft, reusable gel insert to address elbow pain from tennis elbow, tendonitis, and related inflammation. It’s simple to apply, works with both cold and heat, and doubles as a calf or shin wrap. Expect convenient, targeted relief, though cold packs tend to warm after a short session and stitching durability has occasional complaints.

Good for post-play inflammation
I used this after a few hours of pickleball and it helped calm the swelling much like an athlete’s cold wrap. It also accepts heat. Size fit well. Cold only lasts roughly 15–20 minutes, which is typical. Would recommend.

Effective but thread issues
Bought it for tennis elbow relief and it cools long enough to ease swelling and pain. Gel stays soft when cold and the sleeve is easy to apply. My only gripe: the stitching began to unravel after a couple of days of regular use.

Affordable and versatile
I previously used a different brand and swapped to this one when the old sleeve wore out. It’s cheaper, easier to put on and take off, and you can heat or chill it. Very happy with the switch so far.

Works well for tennis players
I use it about three times a week for tennis elbow from serving issues. Fits my average-sized arm without being overly tight and slides on easily. Cold lasts around 10–15 minutes for me. I’ve microwaved it briefly for heat with no problems and it reached a comfortable warmth. No odors yet; I usually put it on after showering. Would recommend.

Gets the job done
Doesn’t stay cold very long, but provides the relief I need and didn’t cause any numbness. I’d buy again.

Comfortable for nightly use
Really like this. It fits snugly and starts very cold, then settles to a cooling sensation that lasts a while. I wear it at night and it helps with soreness.
