Pac-Kit 13-010 Burn Gel Packets — 0.12 oz Single-Use (6-Pack)
Product description
Each purchase contains six individually wrapped burn gel packets, each holding 0.12 ounces of gel in a foil sachet meant for single application.
The gel is a water-based, cooling formulation intended to provide temporary relief from minor burns, as well as cuts, scrapes and abrasions. The packets are lightweight and compact, making them suitable for standalone first-aid use or as replacements inside larger kits.
To use, tear open a packet and apply the gel directly to the affected, cleaned area. The size and packaging make them easy to tuck into backpacks, glove compartments, boat kits, or individual first-aid pouches. Note that these are intended for small, superficial injuries; severe burns require professional medical attention. Check printed expiration dates when storing or rotating supplies.
Pros
- Compact single-use packets ideal for travel
- Provides quick, temporary soothing for minor injuries
- Fits easily into first-aid kits and pockets
Cons
- Some boxes arrive with short remaining shelf life
- Small volume per packet limits use to minor injuries
- Not appropriate for serious or deep burns
VerdictThese single-use 0.12 oz burn gel packets are a convenient, travel-ready option for temporary pain relief from minor burns, scrapes and superficial skin irritations. The foil sachets save space in first-aid kits and make sharing between kits easy. Most users report quick soothing of pain and easy application, though some buyers note a relatively short remaining shelf life on received boxes. Overal

Short expiry on recent boxes
Product seems fine, but the boxes I received showed expiration dates only six months away.

Small amount, strong results
Volume per packet is small, but the gel works well. Not just for minor burns — I’ve used it on other skin irritations to reduce inflammation and help healing. Very pleased with these packets.

Perfect for our Scout first-aid packs
We assembled large first-aid kits for a nine-day canoe trip and added these packets. They’re the right travel size and single-dose amount for each kit. Hopefully we won’t need them, but they’re easy to replace when they expire.

Space-saving packaging ideal for a boat kit
Haven’t needed to use them yet; purchased to build a boat first-aid kit. The packets are compact and save space. Fingers crossed we don’t have to use them, but it’s good to be prepared.

Worked immediately on an oven burn
My daughter touched a 400°F oven rack while cooking. I applied the gel and the pain stopped almost instantly. Very happy with how quickly it worked and with the timely delivery.

Dependable for kitchen use and IFAK
Good quality gel — we keep a box in our restaurant kitchen and staff have used them a few times. I also carry a couple in my IFAK because they’re so small and convenient.

Handy refill — actually helped with a real burn
I bought several boxes to top up multiple kits after finding other packets expired. A young woman burned her hand on a radiator steam last weekend and I gave her one. The gel noticeably eased her pain after icing hadn’t helped. The packets in my box had at least a year before expiration. The box stores nicely in a kit, though I did remove individual sachets to share between three kits.

Quick relief after a clumsy lab burn (and grilled cheese mishap)
Bought these for an office first-aid kit in a dental lab where burns happen frequently. After a painful fingertip burn, a co-worker gave me a prescription cream that didn’t help much, but one of these packets calmed the pain quickly. There’s enough gel for a small burn, and it soothed the skin so I could keep using my finger all week — even when I foolishly used it to flip a grilled cheese.
