10-Pack Mallet Finger Splints — Five Sizes, EVA Finger Supports
Product description
Package contents: The kit contains 10 mallet finger splints arranged as five size pairs. Two pieces of each size (S, M, L, XL, 2XL) are included so you have spares or can switch as swelling changes. The set is designed for use on thumb, index, middle, ring or little fingers by combining a finger sleeve with the rigid splint: don the sleeve first, then slide the splint over it so the tip and distal joint are covered.
Materials and construction: Each splint is manufactured from EVA foam/plastic blend that is breathable yet reasonably rigid. The material offers some cushioning, absorbs moisture to an extent, and is built to withstand repeated use. The design balances firmness for immobilization with enough comfort for extended wear.
Sizes and fit: Size ranges are S = 42–45 mm, M = 45–48 mm, L = 48–51 mm, XL = 51–56 mm and 2XL = 56–62 mm. Two splints are provided for each size, giving flexibility as the finger reduces swelling or to keep a clean spare while washing one. The sizes aim to accommodate most people’s fingers though extremely large digits may find the largest size tight.
Uses and benefits: These splints serve multiple purposes — immobilizing a distal interphalangeal joint after mallet-type injuries, offering support during manual activities like gardening, woodworking or sports, and helping temporarily with arthritic discomfort or knuckle stabilization. They can also be used as a finger straightener or to protect a fingertip while it heals.
Care and storage: Cleaning is simple — rinse under water and allow to air dry. The lightweight pieces store easily in a drawer or first-aid kit for transport. Because two of each size are included, you can rotate splints to keep one clean while wearing another.
Pros
- Five size range with spare pieces
- Breathable, flexible EVA material
- Simple to clean and carry
Cons
- Hook-and-loop strap can fray or irritate
- Largest size may be tight for very big fingers
- Edges can feel sharp without trimming
VerdictThis 10-piece set provides a practical, low-cost option for immobilizing fingertip joints and supporting recovery. The EVA construction is lightweight and breathable, and the five-size range covers most digits from small children to many adults. Some users prefer tape or sleeves instead of the included hook-and-loop strap, and the largest size may not suit very large fingers. Overall, the kit work

Too small for most adults
These fit children or very small adults. Even the largest piece was tight on my pinky and I’m slightly below average size. They’re better for swollen, thin fingers than for typical adult hands.

Matched the listing and helped my mom
I bought these for my mother; she reported noticeable improvement after using them.

Useful once you find the right size
I experimented with different splints and kept these for occasional tasks like washing dishes. When the correct size is used they protect and support, though I personally preferred tape for fastening.

Ideal for very small fingers
Perfect for my toddler’s broken finger — the smallest size fit her middle finger well and held it straight. The rigid plastic is soft enough to trim for a custom fit.

Does the job, with a few flaws
Splinting function is fine, but the strap tends to slide and loosen. Some corners can rub neighboring digits. Having to buy extra sizes I didn’t need was a downside.

Works well after a small modification
I removed the included strap and used separate finger sleeves to hold the splint in place. That eliminated rubbing and made the splint comfortable and secure.

Good value, once you only needed one size
All pieces arrived as expected; I only needed the large size but the set has worked well these past two weeks.

Very effective for reducing finger swelling
This product did a great job controlling finger inflammation and gave surprisingly good results. Comfortable for night use and convenient for daytime wear.

Effective for tendon repair if you stay patient
These splints helped my ruptured tendon when I kept one on consistently. I tried several sizes to find the right fit — the largest worked for me but won’t fit very large fingers. The hook-and-loop fastener wears down, so I used clear medical tape as backup. Expect to immobilize for at least three months and be gentle with the finger for months after removing the splint for a successful recovery.

Preferred over my medical supply splint
After a tendon rupture I compared this to a clinic-supplied piece. The kit’s design felt smarter and slimmer, with larger ventilation holes and a removable padded strap that didn’t chafe neighboring fingers. The plastic is a bit less rigid but overall more comfortable; very tight finger tips may still find some models snug.

Recommended by my trauma doctor
My orthopedist called this a distal stack-style splint. It comes in five sizes with two of each, which is useful as swelling goes down. The smallest size can be trimmed for a child’s finger. It immobilized the joint well and was considered hygienic compared with metal alternatives.

Not suitable for precise immobilization needs
I broke the tip of my pinky and needed a continuous, exact splint that lets the middle joint bend. This design places the fastener over the fingertip and prevents the correct taping position, so it didn’t match my doctor’s taped splint. The strap placement and length make it hard to replicate a clinical taping method.

Handy multi-size set for clean changes
Practical set with various sizes so you can fit the splint closely and swap to a clean one as dressings change. The range makes it easier to find a good match.
