Nonstick Ceramic 9.5-Inch Frying Pan Skillet — Induction Omelet Pan
Product description
Healthy ceramic finish: The pan uses a natural ceramic surface that does not contain PFOA, PTFE, PFAS, lead or cadmium. The coating is designed to remain stable even when overheated so nothing toxic is released into food.
Outstanding nonstick performance: The interior is very smooth so eggs, tortillas and delicate foods slide out with minimal fat. The nonstick layer reduces the amount of oil needed and makes flipping and serving easier.
Sturdy, induction-ready base: Constructed from heavy-duty cast aluminum with an induction-compatible base, this skillet resists warping and spreads heat quickly and evenly. It’s suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops.
Comfortable, oven-safe handle: The handle is a bakelite piece with a woodgrain look that feels secure in hand and stays cool while cooking on the stovetop. The pan can go into the oven up to 550°F after removing the handle.
What’s in the box and care: You receive the pan body, a detachable wood-like handle and a solid Phillips screwdriver for attaching the handle. The slick interior and rivet-free design make wiping and rinsing fast; hand washing is suggested to preserve the finish.

A happy middle ground between stainless and cast iron
I wanted something quick-heating and low-maintenance and this delivers. Heats fast, hardly sticks and requires no seasoning. It’s light compared with cast iron, hasn’t warped, and there’s no hidden nut inside that traps food.

Fantastic for eggs — and easy to clean!
Bought the larger size after trying a smaller pan and I love it for eggs. Very little oil needed and it avoids the baked-on sticky residue you get with other pans. It cleans up fast by hand. The package includes the pan body, a separate handle and a decent Phillips screwdriver to attach it.

Nonstick if used with moderate heat and light oil
Excellent pan as long as you avoid high heat. Start on low to medium and use a bit of fat each time. Mine has held up well for over a year.
