Design and closures: The vest uses a step-in layout so you place the cat's front paws into the openings, slide the vest into position, then fasten a wide hook-and-loop (Velcro) panel and snap the quick-release buckle. Two D-rings on the back are provided for leash attachment and to help keep the vest aligned while distributing pull across the body rather than the neck.
Materials and comfort: Constructed from a soft air mesh, the vest feels lightweight against fur and avoids the stiffness of heavier harnesses. Measure before buying
Arrived as described but I picked the wrong size. I ordered Small when I should have chosen X-Small; otherwise it seemed well made.

Lovely fit for my Cleo
I tried an XS first and it was too tight, returned it, then ordered a Small. The Small fits my 9 lb cat with room for two fingers — attractive and secure.

Not completely escape-proof
Not foolproof for my tiny Houdini. Velcro and clips are strong and reflectors are nice, but my 7–8 lb cat needed an XS. Don’t promise it’s infallible.

Finally a harness that fits

Well-made and secure
A clear step up from cheaper harnesses: solid stitching, sturdy-feeling material and hardware. Stays in place once adjusted and lets my cat move normally; leash length is convenient.
