Washable Dog Diapers 3-Pack (Medium) with Extendrs — Pet Parents

Product description

Each package contains three washable dog diaper wraps and a set of Extendrs to increase the waist by about an inch or up to half a size. The medium size fits dogs with a waist measurement of roughly 14" to 20"; measure around the body just in front of the hind legs to choose the correct size.

The wraps are made from soft, pet-friendly fabrics with a waterproof outer layer to protect floors and furniture. Inside each wrap is a sewn-in absorbent pad made from a moisture-wicking material that pulls liquid away from the surface; the pad’s capacity grows with larger sizes to handle greater volumes. Tail openings and elasticized panels are placed to allow movement without bunching or leaking.

Fastening is via fur-safe Velcro closures that are quick to secure and adjust. The included Extendrs (patents pending) give extra room when elastic has stretched or if a pet needs a bit more comfort around the waist. These wraps are machine washable and reusable, offering a greener, longer-term option for managing accidents, heat cycles, or short-term incontinence.

Pros

  • Reusable three-pack reduces waste
  • Adjustable Velcro and Extendrs for a tailored fit
  • Sewn absorbent pad with waterproof backing

Cons

  • Sizing can be tricky—measure carefully
  • May require washing often with heavy use
  • Not ideal for unsupervised use on very active cats

VerdictThese reusable diaper wraps offer reliable leak protection, adjustable Velcro fastenings, a sewn-in absorbent pad that increases with size, and included Extendrs to tune the fit. They’re comfortable for pets and reduce laundry vs. sheet changes. Ideal for incontinence, heat cycles, or untrained pups, though careful measuring is important for a good fit.

Reviews

  1. William Snyder 5/5

    Essential for my senior girl

I bought a second pack to have six total and cut down laundry. They fit well, the Velcro holds without trapping much hair, and they caught a full accident once. I wash them by hand or machine and they come out fine.

  2. RDawg007 5/5

    Quality reusable alternative to disposables

These hold up well, are soft and durable, and the adjustable straps make fitting straightforward. They withstand multiple washes and helped control accidents while keeping my dog comfortable.

  3. ljanelle 4/5

    Effective for spay-related leaks

Medium fits my 23 lb pug and catches her nighttime dribbles with no side leakage. The inner material wicks moisture so the wrap is mostly dry when removed. Survived washer and dryer cycles.

  4. Timothy A Crawford 5/5

    They do the job!

Saved our floors from a senior dog’s accidents. The fit and tail opening work well and the fastener stays put even after circling. I bought another set because they haven’t leaked for us.

  5. Natasha P. 5/5

Tiny pup: perfect fit and cute

This is the best-fitting diaper I’ve found for my 3 lb Yorkie’s first heat. It covers her waist, the Velcro is strong, she tolerates it and it looks adorable. Stains wash out easily.

  6. Emjay 5/5

A lifesaver for my senior dog

Soft, comfortable, stays in place and is absorbent. Reusable and easy to clean, they’ve made managing my senior’s accidents much simpler.

  7. Cynthia Ellis 5/5

Most comfortable I've found after many tries

After trying many styles, this diaper felt the most comfortable for my older Jack Russell. I ordered a size up after an initial mismatch and the larger ones fit better around the waist, though some adjustment was needed.

  8. GS 4/5

Good quality but sizing is misleading

I bought L for a 34 kg dog and they were too tight, so I modified them with extra fabric and more fasteners. They’re well made, but the sizing didn’t match my expectations.

  9. PK 5/5

    Satisfactory

    It’s good!

  10. Lil' E 3/5

Hard to fit on a cat

Tried a larger size for my cat but the waist and crotch were too loose and she couldn’t walk normally. I only use them briefly and always supervise; they’re not a long-term solution for my cat.

  11. Lynnor West 5/5

    Works great

    Does a fantastic job.

  12. Laura 5/5

    High quality — very pleased

Measured my dog’s waist, ordered large, and they fit well. The material seems durable and they hand wash and dry quickly.

  13. Duane from Orlando (ish) 5/5

    Long-term user shares honest experience

My elderly Ridgeback has mobility issues and occasional surprises; these diapers helped manage incidents and made life easier. They’re part of our routine now and reduced bedding washes.
