Very straightforward to operate

Decent but the lid is awkward
Overall performs fine, but the top is hard to remove. It tends to slip and I need two hands to lift the cover, which is annoying when refilling.

Both arrived defective; multiple failures
I received two units that both failed. The LED function rarely lights and when it does it only flashes briefly in a couple colors. Neither unit produces mist reliably. The base is plastic with a faux-wood finish, not real wood, and the included USB cable didn’t seat properly. Attempts to reach the maker via the supplied contact failed. Would not purchase from this brand again.

Power connection is flaky
Both units work, but each time I power them I often must unplug and replug to get them to start. The problem seems where the cord joins the unit. It’s irritating but I kept them rather than replace them.

Great value for a two-pack
I like having two units — one in each corner or separate rooms. They disperse scent at a decent rate and are easy to run with the single button. The reservoir is small, so expect under four hours per fill, but they serve well as a bedside night light and are very portable.
