Stove Vent Filter 11.6 x 11.2 in — Charcoal & Grease Hood Filter

Product description

Charcoal and grease combination: This single replacement filter combines a metal mesh layer to capture grease with an inner activated charcoal layer to reduce cooking smells.

Odor control: The activated charcoal absorbs airborne odors pulled into the hood, helping kitchens smell fresher when a duct to the outside isn't present.

Works with recirculating hoods: Designed for non-ducted (recirculating) range hoods, the mesh traps particulates while the charcoal neutralizes odors before air returns to the room.

Robust build: Constructed from metal mesh and a dedicated charcoal medium, the filter is made for repeated handling and routine replacement, keeping performance steady over time.

Replacement size: Measures approximately 11.6 inches by 11.2 inches to match OEM dimensions for a direct swap.

Compatible models: Intended as a replacement for BPQTF S99010317 / 99010317 and designed to fit NuTone Allure and Broan over-range hoods — check your model if unsure.

Protects the hood: By stopping grease and reducing odor, the filter helps maintain hood performance and prevents grease buildup inside the exhaust area.

Pros

  • Dual-layer grease mesh and activated charcoal
  • Exact 11.6×11.2 in replacement for specified models
  • Improves air freshness in recirculating hoods

Cons

  • Requires periodic replacement to stay effective
  • Only for non-ducted odor control, not a substitute for ventilation
  • Compatibility should be verified for uncommon models

VerdictA straightforward replacement filter that pairs a mesh grease trap with an activated charcoal layer to cut odors and keep over-range hoods running cleanly. Durable construction and an exact 11.6×11.2 in size make it an easy swap for compatible NuTone and Broan units.
