Mini Tabletop Greenhouse 23 x 12 x 16.5 in — Indoor Seedling Dome
Product description
This mini tabletop greenhouse is built to give seedlings a controlled, humid environment while taking up minimal floor or windowsill space. The shelter measures 23 inches long, roughly 12 inches wide, and about 16.5 inches tall, making it suitable for most 10×20 seedling trays and small heating mats.
Included with the unit are the support poles and connectors to form the frame, plus a clear, waterproof plastic cover with a full-length zipper, roll-up panel fasteners, and ventilation openings to help regulate airflow and humidity. The cover is transparent so light passes through and you can keep an eye on developing plants.
Setup is intended to be quick: insert the poles into the connectors, drape the cover over the frame, secure ties or straps, and zip closed. The roll-up zipped front lets you open the tent for watering and access without removing the cover, while adjustable vents let you fine-tune humidity levels.
This greenhouse works best indoors or in protected outdoor spots such as a sheltered balcony or a sunny windowsill; it protects seedlings from drafts and light weather but is not designed as a heavy-duty outdoor structure. Because the cover is thin to maintain visibility and compactness, handle the plastic carefully during installation to avoid tears.
Pros
- Compact footprint fits on counters and windowsills
- Clear cover lets in light and makes monitoring easy
- Compatible with 10×20 trays and small heat mats
Cons
- Cover material can be fragile if handled roughly
- Zipper alignment may be tight or require adjustment
- Limited height for taller setups or large hydro units
VerdictA compact, space-saving propagation tent that holds humidity well and is simple to assemble. It accepts 10×20 trays and heating mats and lets light through its transparent cover. Several reviewers reported assembly is straightforward and seedlings responded quickly, but a number also experienced fragile cover material or zipper-fit problems. If you need a small, clear humidity chamber for starting

Excellent for winter humidity control
My plants have been thriving in this tent. I wish it were a bit taller, but the metal frame looks nicer than PVC and the green finish is attractive. I run a small humidifier periodically, keep it zipped at night, and monitor humidity — it climbs to the high 70s sometimes, so I crack it to stabilize around 70–72°F.

Simple setup, does what it should
My wife put this together on her own with no trouble. She uses it in the garage to raise humidity and noticed faster germination than usual. It’s uncomplicated and creates a stable microclimate — everything fits and functions as expected.

Cover rips if not careful
Not hard to assemble, but the plastic cover tore in a few spots during setup. I repaired those areas with duct tape and it’s been okay since. Handle the cover gently.

Ideal for tiny patios and balconies
They perform exactly as described. Compact and effective for small outdoor areas; I’ll be buying more for other spots.

Great little unit for seedlings
I really like this compact greenhouse. It isn’t a premium build, but it’s true to size, easy to assemble, lightweight, and holds humidity well so my seedlings are doing great. The zipper has been fine so far, though the plastic right next to it tore easily; I patched it with tape and it’s been usable since.

Exactly what my plants needed
I was worried after reading comments, but the plastic I received fits well. Winter humidity had dropped and my Venus flytraps were suffering — this tent brought humidity back and they’re stable now. Works perfectly for my needs.

Cover too tight, ripped during install
The frame snapped together easily and the overall size was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the plastic fit so snug over the frame that it tore in a couple of spots while pulling it on.

Great little home for carnivores and succulents
I keep two Venus flytraps, a couple of small cacti, and some succulents inside. The tubing was stiff to connect but doable, and although the cover isn’t perfectly snug it secures with interior ties. Zipper works and there are straps to roll the door up; there’s room for a small grow light too.

Seam separation fixed by support
Delivery was quick but the top seam had begun to separate. I contacted customer service and they resolved it swiftly by replacing the cover. Now it’s working well and I’d recommend it.

Zipper didn’t close at first — replacement solved it
Initially the cover wouldn’t zip because the plastic was slightly undersized and ripped when forced. After I reported it the seller replaced the unit quickly and the new cover fit perfectly. Nice to have a prompt resolution—now it’s a handy indoor greenhouse.

Useful humidity chamber for small setups
It’s been effective for my Venus flytraps and for enclosing a small hydroponic germination unit. The 16.5" height is the tallest I could find in this size range, though I’d welcome taller options. The clear panels are handy for keeping an eye on hydro displays.

Works despite measurement and tie issues
Assembly was super easy. The listed dimensions were off — the height is 16.5" and width closer to 12.5" — but I managed to fit a 9×14.5 tray since the plastic stretches a bit. One of the top connector ties was stitched wrong, which left it useless. I kept it for my seedlings, but the listing and that string should be fixed.
