Duo-Rings 2-in-1 Wooden Gymnastics Rings (28/32 mm) with 16 ft Straps
Product description
Two grip profiles in a single ring: each ring turns a half‑rotation to switch from a slimmer 28 mm profile suited for pulling techniques to a thicker 32 mm profile intended for pressing and stability work. The change is tool‑free and quick, letting you swap grips between sets.
Comfortable birch construction: the rings are precision‑machined from birch wood for a natural, slightly textured feel that soaks up sweat and holds chalk better than smooth plastic or metal. The wooden grips are designed to give confident contact during dynamic bodyweight moves.
Long, durable straps: the set includes two 16 ft (approximately) 3/4 in nylon straps with numbered markings for matching heights and cam buckles for fast, repeatable adjustments. The length accommodates home, gym, and outdoor anchor points.
What’s included and capacity: the complete package ships with one pair of dual‑profile wooden rings, two 16 ft numbered straps with cam buckles, and a structured travel bag for transport. The set weighs about 1.9 lb and is tested to a 1,200 lb capacity for heavy training.
Training uses: use the slimmer 28 mm setting for ring rows, pull‑ups, skin‑the‑cat progressions and lever work; flip to the 32 mm side for dips, muscle‑ups, push‑up variations, L‑sits and planche practice. The combination supports a full‑body calisthenics routine and is convenient for travel or compact gym setups.
Pros
- Dual 28/32 mm grips in one ring
- Machined birch handles for grip and comfort
- Long numbered straps with cam buckles
Cons
- Wood can show minor cosmetic marks
- Strap length may be excessive for some setups

VerdictA versatile, portable ring set that combines two grip diameters in one wooden ring. Durable birch grips and long numbered straps make setup repeatable; the kit is sturdy enough for serious calisthenics while remaining travel-friendly.

Very impressed with the quality and finish. The flip‑over grip option is a handy feature and the rings feel very well made. Looking forward to putting them through regular training.

Minimalist, versatile for a home setup
I replaced an older set with these and they suit my home gym perfectly. The straps are clean and simple to adjust, and switching between grip sizes is effortless. The 32 mm is steady for pushes while 28 mm works well for pulls. A few tiny cosmetic flaws on the wood but nothing that affects function—highly recommended for compact calisthenics.

Great for my first rig
I’m new to ring training and chose these after reading about the two diameters. After two weeks of daily use they’re solid and the wood feels durable. The travel bag is a nice touch—I’ll be bringing them on trips.

Exactly what I wanted
Fantastic build quality and comfortable in hand so I don’t need tape or extra grip. The dual sizes open up a lot of exercises. Very happy with this set for suspension training.
