NexiGo HelloCam Pro Webcam — Windows Hello 1080p/60FPS
Product description
The HelloCam Pro is a USB webcam engineered for smooth full HD video at up to 60 frames per second. Inside the compact housing you’ll find autofocus optics plus automatic exposure that adjust gain and brightness so the image stays clear as lighting changes. The unit also integrates two noise‑canceling microphones aimed at reducing background noise for clearer speech on calls.
It supports Windows Hello facial recognition on Windows 10 and 11, enabling quick biometric unlocking of your system. For privacy it has an automated electronic shutter that visibly opens when a call starts and closes when the feed stops, giving a clear visual cue that the camera is active.
The camera ships with a USB cable and a USB‑C to USB‑A adapter for broad compatibility with modern and legacy ports; an HDMI cable is not included. The body uses a mix of durable plastic with a sturdy metal-reinforced hinge for the clip/stand, letting you mount it on laptops, monitors or use it freestanding on a desk. Its size is compact for portability but solid enough to feel weighty and stable in everyday use.
Setup is plug-and-play on most systems, with on-screen controls available for brightness, contrast and basic image adjustments. For best results, use a USB 3.0 port to ensure full bandwidth for high-frame-rate streams. The camera is intended for video calls, streaming, online teaching and other remote collaboration scenarios where secure sign-on and privacy controls are priorities.

Very happy with this camera. It lets me use my laptop closed on a large monitor, delivers good audio and video, and the Windows Hello unlock is convenient and fast.

Prodotto deludente

Not worth it for me — autofocus and software frustrations
The privacy shutter is the only feature I liked. Autofocus jumps during small movements and the software won’t let me set zoom, so I appeared too close. Virtual background performance was poor; I used it less than a day and returned it.

Good for Windows Hello but recognition can be hit-or-miss
Affordable compared to other Windows Hello options and it works across different USB ports. The large, audible privacy shutter is reassuring. However, the facial recognition struggles in poorer lighting compared with some higher-end models.

Great daily reliability and flexible on-screen controls
After six months of heavy daily use, it remains reliable and produces crisp video. Connection is a single USB cable, and the on-screen menu offers many adjustments (even for flipping the menu). Works well across macOS and Windows 11 with excellent out-of-box results, handling bright afternoon light without washing out the image.

Well packaged, solid build and true plug-and-play
The package arrived nicely padded with printed manuals, which I appreciated. The camera worked immediately when plugged in—no driver installs. It feels solid in the hand, has some heft, and the integrated clip/stand holds securely with good adjustment range.

Impressive low-light results for meetings and podcasts
This is my third NexiGo device and it noticeably outperforms my previous models. Right out of the box the picture quality was better, and the sensor copes well with low ambient lighting—no studio lights required for a clean look in my setup with only backlit accents.

Exceeded expectations — AI tracking helps meetings
I bought it for portable Zoom setups and was pleasantly surprised by its AI face-tracking. In larger meetings it reliably locks on the speaker so remote attendees can follow both the presenter and screen content without manual camera adjustments.

High-fidelity image and pro-oriented connectivity
If you need top-tier webcam quality without using a DSLR, this offers a large sensor and professional streaming options. It supports hardware H.264 output to reduce PC encoding load and even includes an HDMI output for integration with production gear; there’s also a useful remote for additional controls.

Stunning 4K-quality imaging and simple setup
I wanted a future-proof camera and this model delivered excellent image clarity that appears to be native 4K rather than upscaled. Setup was straightforward: it ships with a USB 3.0 cable and a USB‑C to USB‑A adapter (no HDMI cable included). Remember you need a USB 3.0 port to access the highest-resolution modes; it will still connect to USB 2.0 but at reduced capability.
