Cordless Weighted Smart Jump Rope for Home Gym & HIIT Workouts
Product description
Smart display and tracking: The handle features a crisp HD counter that records jump count, workout time and estimated calories burned in real time. A built-in algorithm helps translate your session into usable metrics so you can track progress during HIIT rounds, cardio circuits and solo practice.
One-touch interval timer: Two preset countdowns — 60 seconds and 90 seconds — start instantly with a single press and emit an audible beep when finished. This makes switching into interval sets quick and keeps you focused on intensity rather than fiddling with a separate timer.
Cordless and weighted options included: The set ships with four EVA foam cordless balls (two 30 g and two 50 g) for silent indoor training and a removable 64 g iron weight that attaches to the handles for added resistance. You can switch between cordless practice and traditional rope work depending on ceiling height and noise sensitivity.
Durable adjustable cable: A 3-meter (9.85 ft) steel cable is covered with premium PVC to resist tangling, abrasion and general wear. The length can be shortened without cutting through the cable-management system so it fits various heights and surfaces, including concrete, wood and gym floors.
USB-C rechargeable battery: The rope charges via USB-C, eliminating disposable batteries. A full charge is designed to provide more than two months of daily use depending on workout length and settings, so you spend less time charging and more time training.
Comfort-focused handles: Ergonomic silicone grips are non-slip, odorless and sweat-resistant to reduce hand fatigue during longer sessions. The material and shape make the handles comfortable for athletes at different skill levels, and the modular pieces allow customization for both speed and weighted routines.

Cons
- Some users find setup and extra pieces confusing
- May require a pouch or better storage for small parts

VerdictA flexible training rope that works for interval training, cardio and strength-style HIIT. It combines cordless foam balls for quiet practice, a traditional coated steel cable for speed and attachable 64g handle weights for extra resistance. The smart counter, one-touch timers and USB-C charging are handy; some users want clearer setup guidance and a storage pouch, but overall it’s a solid option

Uncomfortable and unusable for me
The rope sits oddly in the handles and won’t align properly. With no way to shorten it, it’s too long and I can’t use it at all.

Most enjoyable rope I've tried
Really pleased with the Celiko-style design — light and fun to use. If you already jump well with a wired rope, consider the version without the extra weights and balls to save on accessories you won't use.

Enjoying the cordless mode
Simple comment — I love using it without the rope so far. Quiet and convenient.

Loads of modes, covers my needs
Light balls, heavy balls, rope and handle weights plus a jump counter — it gives me the variety I want and I’m satisfied overall.

Great for staying consistent with weight loss
Makes workouts feel like a game and helps me stick to a routine. The jump counter is reliable and the feature set is impressive for what it offers.

Setup confusing and too long for me
No instructions for how to use the foam balls, and the rope is hard to shorten at my height. The extra features felt non-intuitive so I haven’t used it much.

Useful for upper-body drills too
I use it even while seated to work arm movement — hold the digital handle and swing, then switch arms. Handy little tool.

Solid performance, would like a carry bag
Everything works nicely and cordless jumping eases knee impact. I deducted one star because there’s no small pouch to keep the parts together for travel.
